Stay hydrated!: A good list of DOs: DO stay hydrated, stay in the shade, wear light colored clothing, avoid strenuous exercise in the heat, if exercising -do so during the cooler times of the day or in an AC room. Slow down. Seek places with AC (malls, libraries etc) if you don't have it at home and be prepared for power outages! Lower shades on windows.
