Any good healthy recipes for a overweight child besides exercise, i'm talking about food (don't like veggies) any way to make it fun?
Fun food: Depending on the age of the child, you can get them interested in cooking and food preparation. Show them how to mix ingredients in a bowl. Older children can cut up vegetables and other ingredients. Gradually, involve them in the actual cooking, with close supervision. Also, you can sneak vegetable puree into various foods- ie. Good taste and healthier. ...Read more

For the gullible: This is a mix of tea, lemonade, maple syrup and pepper, with no sold food. You'll lose weight mostly because it's nasty and you'll take in fewer calories. I hope you are not so foolish as to believe it "removes poisons from the body" -- your body actually cleans itself. Long-term users have ended up very sick from it. Short-term it's safe enough if you're reasonably healthy. ...Read more
