Not sure: Fluttering is usually either intestinal movements or a baby moving. If you are sure you're not preg. . . I'm thinking it's your bowels. The fact that it's once a month is confusing, esp if you're not ovulating regularly. But ovulation can cause a feeling of fullness. Most women bleeding almost like a period for 2 weeks after a baby then it lightens up for a week and then week 4 it usually is heavy again as that is your period.
