Depends: This depends on what your imaging reveals. Lumbar stenosis can cause back pain and pain into thighs which are worse with ambulation. C an ortho: many times this type of fall bruises the greater trochanter, and U can develop trochanteric bursitis, which hurts when U walk, sleep on the injured side, & also up stairs. if U R thin, U can palpate over the trochanter & C if it is the cause.
