Could shakiness, sweating, low fever, full head feeling, headache and forgetfulness be due to long standing sinus infection ?
Yes: You are an extremely bright person to figure that out. Usually you would not have a low fever but it's possible. I wonder what you are doing to help. Yes: If both are untreated, they can cause nausea. It can be a vicious cycle. The constant worrying can cause worsening of the gerd and then more worrying from the physical symptoms experienced. Due to Anxiety, improper breathing is causing chest discomfort and buzzing pains in chest and stomach. Any medication to ease symptoms n avoid attack?
Lots of meds: address this, but for those you'll need a psychiatrist. The usual ones are SSRI's or SSNRI's, and there's a long list. Have you also considered the CAUSE of your anxiety? Meds will help cope in the short run but won't address the underlying dynamics, other than adding a little confidence with symptom reduction.
