What is baldness or hair loss and why? How could grow up hair once again on the scalp?

Hair loss: Male pattern baldness is related to your genes and male sex hormones. It usually follows a pattern of receding hairline and hair thinning on the crown, and is caused by hormones and genetic predisposition. Each strand of hair you have sits in a tiny hole (cavity) in the skin called a follicle. Baldness in general occurs when the hair follicle shrinks over time, resulting in shorter and finer hair. ...Read more

If you had to guess, would you say there may be a good treatment for baldness or hair loss in the near future? RepliCel's trials look promising.

If you had to guess, would you say there may be a good treatment for baldness or hair loss in the near future? RepliCel's trials look promising.

Yes.: I have to guess almost every day in my office, and I suspect that there will be a legitimate treatment fairly soon, because lots of people are working on it, and there's a lot of money to be made. With all the money that people spend now on dubious treatments and outright frauds, imagine what they would spend on a legitimate treatment! How soon it will happen is anybody's guess. ...Read more

I am 23 years old male. I have male pattern baldness. my hair stylist recommended me Nioxin system 2, I searched the internet and the reviews were pos?

Whoa: It's rare at age 23. All men lose the hair on our temples at about 20, but those who progress right away are usually the ones blessed with a lot of chest hair. Nioxin is a weird shampoo with salicylic acid and a bunch of other stuff that won't touch male pattern baldness. If you're really going bald, get with a physician who can treat it medically or surgically, or embrace your genes and maleness ...Read more

I am experiencing male pattern baldness.....It's hair transplant too get my hair back.?

Hair transplant: The best treatment for a receding hairline in men involves transplantation of hair from the back of the head to the area of hair loss. The hair from the back regions of the head are genetically designed to remain in place despite hormonal changes. Transplantation can be completed by strip harvest of by [fue] follicular unit extraction. Transplantation is completed most naturally as single hairs. ...Read more

Doctor I am 19 year old and I am going to bald. My hair loss is increase. I am in tention please send me solution ?

Hair loss?: All normally masculinized men lose the hair on their temples between ages 18 and 22. You are too young otherwise to express male pattern baldness. How fast you lose your hair on top correlates closely with how much chest hair you are naturally blessed with. If you have telogen effluvium, it will usually self-cure. If you have alopecia areata it not rxable; a fungus infection is easy to rx. ...Read more

My Father is bald (no hair) and I'm afraid to becoming like him.
I'm 22.
Is there a way to prevent hair loss? Or stop it 100%?

Don't worry yet.: You may not be affected by your father's baldness. However if you do begin to lose your hair, you should start using minoxidil and dutasteride as soon as you notice hair fall. Hair loss is progressive, so the longer you wait the harder it is to gain the lost hair back. But don't worry too much about it unless it actually happens. ...Read more

Hormone tests are normal.diet is healthy but still im facing male pattern baldness type hair loss.im 30 years old unmarried female.

It's hard to check: hormones and frequently female pattern hair loss may not show lab abnormalities. You can have a biopsy performed if thyroid and iron/ferritin and complete blood count are normal. M 25 year old boy.... M suffering from hair baldness from last 3-4 year...Suggest me what I do ?

I m 29 male and unmarried. I m getting bald and my hairs are turning white in last 3 months. I m programmer. Please help. What should i eat?

Androgenic alopecia: It is most likely that you have genetically programmed androgenic allopecia and earl y whitening of your hair. You should have a general physical performed including thyroid studies and consult your doctor about using propecia (finasteride) to slow down the hair loss. I do not know of a specific food item that can be recommended but a balanced healty meals are necessary along with the recommended zinc. ...Read more

Does wearing a hat cause baldness or receding hair line?

Of course not: That's one more silly myth that makes life more difficult. Baldness is genetically programmed and correlates closely with how much chest hair you're naturally blessed with. You can opt for medical or surgical treatment or embrace your genetics and masculinity and stay physically fit. Mr. Statham (photo) isn't complaining. ...Read more

Im 25 years old I lost my hair & bald now.Can I have a hair regrowth.?

Hair loss: It depends on why you lost your hair . If you had chemotherapy, your hair should regrow when the treatments are done. If its a family pattern to go bald in youth, it's not likely to come back spontaneously. Fortunately, baldness is very stylish right now. But if you're not a fan or if you're a woman, there are other options for you. This can be hard to adjust to, though. I'm sorry for your loss. ...Read more
