Before ovulation my temp is in the low 97.0 after ovulation they are in the high 97.0 never go over 98.0 is that bad?
Is it true that after ovulation it takes 12-24 hours for BBT to rise? And thus, if you ovulate at night or even late afternoon, your morning temp may not show it yet?
