Not healthy: Too few calories- In general the amount of calories you are suggesting would be too low to sustain a weight loss over time. Your body may go into starvation mode and decrease its metabolism cause its not getting enough calories. There is very little difference between 88.4 and 89.7. Scales are not always identical. Try yourself for one weight and re-check it 15 minutes later. There is likely to be some difference between the two but not much!
