Talk to doc: First trimester nausea and vomiting can be miserable. Some patients can control with this diet. Eat small amounts like crackers often to keep your stomach coated. Nausea is worse when your stomach is completely empty. Ginger has some natural effects on nausea so try sipping ginger ale. Take your prenatal vitamins at night before sleeping. Ginger: I agree with dr. Eun. In the meantime ginger can help w your nausea. A simple way to reduce nausea is with ginger. You can drink slightly flattened ginger ale or nibble on crystallized ginger. Or pour boiling water over freshly sliced organic ginger & steep x 5 min in a covered pot. Sip. ...Read more

So lucky!: Consider yourself blessed that morning sickness stopped! if you saw the babies on ultrasound with heartbeats just a few days ago, i wouldn't be worried. You can always make another appt with doctor to check if you're worried, but by no means does lack of nausea mean you have miscarried! congratulations! ...Read more
