Ginger: I agree with dr. Eun. In the meantime ginger can help w your nausea. A simple way to reduce nausea is with ginger. Talk to doc: First trimester nausea and vomiting can be miserable. Some patients can control with this diet. Eat small amounts like crackers often to keep your stomach coated. Nausea is worse when your stomach is completely empty. Ginger has some natural effects on nausea so try sipping ginger ale. Take your prenatal vitamins at night before sleeping. So lucky!: Consider yourself blessed that morning sickness stopped! if you saw the babies on ultrasound with heartbeats just a few days ago, i wouldn't be worried. You can always make another appt with doctor to check if you're worried, but by no means does lack of nausea mean you have miscarried! congratulations! ...Read more

It's : It's less likely you are pregnant since your period came, but it is still a possibility. The only way to know if you are pregnant is to take a pregnancy test. You can either take a home pregnancy test as long as it has been 5- 6 weeks since your last normal period, or you can go see your doctor and they can test you - whichever is easier for you. A home pregnancy test is 97% accurate if taken a week or more after the missed period.
