Be patient : Nausea and GI discomfort is a usual feature of the first trimester in normal pregnancies, so this need not worry you there is something wrong with your pregnancy. GE reflux can be treated effectively and safely with antacids such as Tums (calcium carbonate) or Rolaids to neutralize stomach acid safely. Most likely contract: At 35 weeks most women have contractions throughout the day, especially with movement or exercise. For some women they are very uncomfortable and for others, not so much. Talk to doctor: Most important is for your doctor to rule out pre-term labor as cause of these pains. Sound unlikely as cause given that you've had for 1 month, but ask doctor about it. Other problems could be related to gastrointestinal tract. Could be reflux as well, from the stomach. I would ask your doctor for thorough exam and history. No: Such pain could be the result of rupture of the corpus luteum of pregnancy which can cause some bleeding and pain. If the pain is more persistent other reasons which need to be ruled out would include a tubal pregnancy. This is a serious condition that can cause massive bleeding and even death.
