Regular activity.: It unfortunately takes as long as it takes to go into active labor. You cannot rush these things. Yes: As described, if your l tube is still patent then you can get pregnant, not to mention the r tube may be fully functional too. Hard to tell: Without knowing more specific & physical examination its hard to tell. Cervix has two parts. During late pregnancy it frequently changes shape and size.
