I took 800 mg ibuprofen at 730, now almost 130. I'm going to bed and was thinking of taking aleve (naproxen) pm, is this ok? I'm 250 lbs

You should be OK: But, try to be w/ someone so that if you feel anything troubling, you can be helped at Urgent Care or an ER. There are no reported interactions but that's high doses and you can feel gastric symptoms and very groggy.
