Been taking prenatal vit. With 800 mcg folic acid my dr put me on extra 1mg folic acid i've been taking them together is that ok or to much for baby?

Yes: This is at the top end of the recommended intake. But you probably don't need to take it. Just make sure u eat plenty of fruits and veggies. Also, storebought bread usually has Folic Acid in it.
