800 Calorie H Cg Diet Food List
Info abou the hCG diet, and after yoy reach your goal weight do u continue the drops and do you continue eating just 500 calories?
HCG weight loss: No one can survive really on a 500 calorie diet (at least not happily or for long). While on the HCG diet although you consume 500 calories per day, your body is able to derive the rest of it's caloric needs from its extensive fat reserves. Your body burns calories to breathe, for your heart to pump even for the act of eating itself. I would not advise any kind dieting if you have a normal bmi. ...Read more

No: The HCG does not affect your fertility at the recommended doses for the diet, 125 iu. And you should be on the original protocol which is 500 calories for it to be effective. Too many phsyicians have modified the diet and dose and still claim the results will be the same. They won't! the weight loss will lead to fertility as it changes the estrogen to Progesterone balance. ...Read more

Yes but...: Hcg is not likely going to cause any harm but weight loss is due to the severe caloric restriction. In men with low testosterone and normal testes, it may work better because the HCG will increase the testosterone level. In women, HCG may increase progesterone. Higher Progesterone may lead to less anxiety and therefore less eating. Overall, smart eating plus increased activity is a better choice. ...Read more

Focus on food > fads: After reviewing the scant data from the present HCG diet and the one in the 70s, I still believe a reproductive endocrinologist can comment best on effects of hcg. I would stop it.: Let your doctor know you are on the diet. If you are taking drops or internet product I would recommend stopping as that won't work. Not a good uptake.: Hcg is best taken in as an injection. Pills, sprays, creams are not effective at raising levels of hcg. There has been backlash in its use as a wt loss aid & fda is looking to restrict the sale of the actual hormone. At its height of popularity, Pregnyl was the preferred form. If not using this and not in an inj its most likely not the real deal. There r better ways to lose weight anyway. ...Read more
