Taking laxatives for no medical reasons and purging are both indicative of ed. Unless you are very short, 100 lbs is most likely considered underweight. OK if wt loss goal: There is no substitution for a healthy, well-balanced diet, regardless if the goal is weight gain or loss. Weight gain is achieved if the individual takes in more calories than he/she burns; weight loss happens when calories burned exceed calorie intake. 800 calories/day long term is not recommended and you may need to supplement to be sure diet is complete.
