Need more info: All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Congratulations: Congratulations on attempting to lose weight! the problem with diets is that they are sometimes unsustainable. If you are eating 1300 calories per day and are not hungry this is a sign that you were maybe overeating before. The best solution is to make long term lifestyle changes.
