The maximum doses of each ppi are equipotent in reducing acid. Going higher than these doses impart no greater benefit and should not be exceeded.

If I am taking 80 mg of omeprazole daily and then prescribed omeclamox for 10 days should I continue with the omeprazole?
Too much Omeprazole: Yes you should stop it. To start with you are taking high dose of Omeprazole. 40mgm in 24 hours is the usual dose and now you are being treated with a multiple drug pack for H Pylori infection and it does contain omeprazole as well.
