Probably ok: Brown spotting is old blood. It's a good sign that it's not bright red. If there was previously heavy bleeding, there was probably a small collection of blood somewhere that is now being released. If you feel fine otherwise, it's ok to watch for now. Relax - folic acid!: Erroneous pregnancy dates are very common in the setting you describe - trust the sonographic measurements more than your recollection of your last menstrual period, take Folic Acid 1-5 mg daily and maintain a positive attitude.
