Im 7 weeks pregnant from ivf, hCG rising, now at 20700. 7 week scan had gest sac @ 13mm and yolk sac, no fetal pole or heartbeat. Is pregnancy doomed?

Dropping hCG levels: In the first 6-8 weeks of pregnancy hCG levels should be increasing. A lowering of the level needs follow up, although maybe normal. See your gynecologist for a repeat of the level in 2-3 days, and get a pelvic sonogram. ...Read more
