Why was it checked?: As a cancer screen, this test is infamous for having so many false positives as to outweigh the possible lives saved. It can be so hard...: This sounds very sad and you need to find better help which can be a challenge. But please don't give up. Try new therapists until you find one you trust. Also seek support from clergy or another type of community activity or 12-step or PWP group.
