My abdominal muscles are loosen after giving two birth, now my tommy is becomes more the time, what I do to maintain flat tommy without execrise?

Acquired, congenital: hernias are from acquired conditions or congenital meaning you were born with it. Muscle disorders are rare while hernias are common. See a doctor first to determine if a hernia is really present and not just weakness of the muscle. A muscle weakness can be strengthened by exercise. A hernia can be fixed by surgery. Pain In LUQ: I bet the pain has nothing to do with the c/s. I would see a GI doc and see if the pain is in their field. If it is from the c/s, it is prob from scar tissue but you would not expect that to cause pain in the upper abdomen. Hope this helps! ...Read more
