Eat less: Your abdominal muscles will strengthen some after childbirth( according to my OB colleagues). The best way to keep your " tummy" flat is to eat less and strengthen the muscles( sorry!) by doing sit-ups and crunches. Good luck! ...Read more

Pain In LUQ: I bet the pain has nothing to do with the c/s. I would see a GI doc and see if the pain is in their field. If it is from the c/s, it is prob from scar tissue but you would not expect that to cause pain in the upper abdomen. Hope this helps! ...Read more
