I'm on a strict diet plan, being gluten free, i rarely go over 1, 200 calories per day and i excercise for an hour a day, i'm 6.7 and 260, & not losing?
A couple of things: Don't think I'm dismissing your issue at hand as it's an important problem, but based on your height, weight and age, your basal metabolic rate(the baseline amount of calories your body needs just for daily functioning) would far exceed 1200kcals/day. No problem: It's all about how many calories you consume. Depending on your diet plan, this should be anywhere from 1200-2000 calories a day.
