59 going on 60 soon wf treadmill 25 minutes. Heart rate 128 didn't decrease for15 minutes. Out of shape? Or something else. Thx

Squats depends on-: -how deep you squat & how fast they are done. Situps also depends on whether you are flat or inclined & are you holding a weight while you do them & how heavy. Bicep curls also depend on how much weight you are using & technique. Are you doing a series of three, ,do you rest a lot between sets.
