I have pcos, i'm 6 weeks pregnant and, naturally, concerned about miscarriage etc. I've had bad cramping so far but no bleeding, should I be worried?
Maybe: No way to know if everything is going ok without a sonogram to document that the pregnancy is not an ectopic and that it looks appropriate for gestational age. Here in our clinic we do sonograms around 5.5 weeks on all of our patients if possible. I am 6 weeks pregnant and I went to pee and afterwards I started having cramps but it eventually went away. is that a bad sign?

Im 6 weeks pregnant. L have a back pain, spotting brownish discharge but only after using the toilet paper. L sometime have cramps but not as bad as the backpain. Is this normal?
