Maybe: No way to know if everything is going ok without a sonogram to document that the pregnancy is not an ectopic and that it looks appropriate for gestational age. Here in our clinic we do sonograms around 5.5 weeks on all of our patients if possible. Not sure if you can get a sonogram easily in the nhs but that would be the best way to determine that everything is ok. Good luck. ...Read more

More info: If the cramping was bladder in nature and you see it recur whenever you urinate you may have a bladder infection. If you have discomfort while you are urinating even more likely.
