Keep hydrated: We're seeing a lot of gastroenteritis, or the "stomach flu". Currently it's the norwalk virus, or a norovirus. The biggest thing is making sure she doesn't get dehydrated. Watch urine output, tears, drooling and energy level. If those start to flag a bit, then go get her looked at. ...Read more

My 5yr old has had sporadic diarrhea/low grade fever off/on over 4weeks. Now she has fatigue, no appetite, pale stool, mild abdominal pain.

What you describe could be as simple as a prolonged gastroenteritis (i.e. Stomach bug) but the duration makes me worry that it may be something else. I can't be more specific without an exam and a lot more questions. Be sure to write down the frequency of stools, their color/consistency, and any other symptoms (nausea/vomiting, etc. ...Read more
4yr old toddler fever, headache. No cough no mucus. After fever has calm down she plays and eats. Shes had fever on and off for 3 days?
Might need to see dr: Keep track of the time that she has had fever and how high would it reach. A constant fever for 3 days need to be checked to find the source of infection.
