Many reasons: If vomitting is continous then he need to be seen in er, pyloric stenosis need to be evaluated.

Usually at that age no more that 4 oz with each feeding should be enough to avoid this problem. Also gastroesophageal reflux is a common cause at this age due to immature gastric system.
