Calories every day and exercising 4 times a week (burning 400 - 450 calories). Will i maintain weight?
You need enough: Calories to maintain your metabolic rate. Calculate your weight in pounds and multiply by 10 to determine your baseline. Then add the activity amount of calorie burning each day, 10% for minimal activity and more for vigorous activity (at least 30%). It appears you are able to determine your activity caloric burning so add that amount to your baseline on those days. Adjust based on loss/gain. ...Read more
Bp at 160/100, usually at 120-130/80-90. Nurse put me on O2 and went down to 140/90 in 10 mins. Cardio workup done in '14, all normal. Am i hyprtnsive?
Needs monitoring: Your BP needs close monitoring as we need multiple reading, taken at rest, before we can know your true BP. If the next 2-3 readings show your BP to be at 140/90 or more, then you would be labelled as hypertensive. If the BP is below this level then you should recheck it again every 3-6 months for one year before you will be certain whether your BP requires medical treatment of not. ...Read moreSee 2 more doctor answers

Because you went farther slow walking you would have burned more calories and therefore, lost more weight from the longer walk. ...Read more

High fasting: A normal fasting glucose in mmol/l is under 5.6. Diabetes is over 6.9, and prediabetes is anything in between. So 2 out of the 3 fasting sugars are in the prediabetes range. The 1 hr readings are normal. Other signs of prediabetes would be elevated triglycerides, low levels of HDL cholesterol, hypertension, and obesity.
