Difficult to say: Cramping and even a little spotting can be normal in early pregnancy especially around the time of your missed period. If you start having bleeding resembling a heavy period, go see your family doctor or your OB/Gyn, as this could be a sign of a miscarriage or a misplaced (ectopic) pregnancy. Unclear: Your question is unclear. I am not sure what "gap" you ask about. Exercises are a good start for low back pain. Heat and otc nsaids like Motrin will also likely help. If this has gone on longer than 8-12 weeks you may need an mri. ...Read more
