Doubling: It's a bit peculiar that your labs were drawn only one day apart. In general we recommend labs to be drawn two days apart and expect your values to double so this is hard to interpret. Most likely it's normal but the only way to be sure is to continue monitoring for a rising trend and an intrauterine pregnant via ultrasound when your value reaches 1500-200miu/ml.
