5 Week Gestational Sac
Could be normal!!!: At 5 weeks 5 days, you don't always see a fetal pole. There is some leeway here. You need to correlate with your beta-hcg. Reference this site for laypersons: http://ob-ultrasound.Net/. ...Read more

Bled whole pregnancy. At 7w(lmp) measured 6 weeks with small gestational sac. At 8w (lmp) measured 6w6d with sac at 4.5 weeks. HR 154. Miscarriage?
Not necessarily: Hi, Without seeing the ultrasounds it is a little confusing. At the first U/S, what was measuring 6wk?> the sac or the fetus, if they saw one. The second U/S would actually be reassuring; they measured a fetus at 6w6d (the difference from LMP would just mean your dates are off), but a fetal heart rate of 154 is reassuring. The continued bleeding is worrisome, but keep the faith! Good luck ...Read more

It's consider normal a gestational sac of 5.5mm at 5 weeks + 1day with yolk sac and incipient embryonic pole?
Yes: I think you are asking if it is normal at 5 weeks to only see a yolk sac located in the gestational sac. If so then yes that is what is expected. A fetal pole can be seen after the 6th week. ...Read more

First ultrasound 6w 3d only found gestational sac & yolk sac no fetal pole. Went after 2 weeks found same result but the sac measured 7w 6d miscarry?
Discuss with doctor : It would not be appropriate for us to make a definitive statement without all the information. I will say that a fetus should be visible in a gestational sac 7-8 weeks size. Ask your doctor if you have a blighted ovum. A blighted ovum is where the baby never forms. This can be treated with medication of a surgery called a D and C ...Read more

6wks pregnant, no gestational sac in tubes or uterus based off 2 u/s. 5 weeks hCG level at 1100, at 6wks 1900. Possible i ovulated later & see sac soon?
It's possible. . .: Usually we see a gestational sac in the uterus by the time your HCG level is 1200, but it's harder to see in the tubes. The HCG level also usually doubles every 2-3 days, and yours only went up a little over the course of a week. So those are both concerning signs. Even if your timing is off, the numbers are odd. Did anyone check a Progesterone level? That can help us with a diagnosis sometimes. ...Read more
Ultrasound; Gestational sac at 10 weeks looks 5 times bigger than fetus ( which looks 7 weeks ) should i be concerned ?
Not really: There are several parameters that are measured to follow fetal growth in utero: biparietal diameter, femur length. They don't measure size of fetal sac, so no comparable data available and it's just nonsense to talk about it. ...Read more
