Blood pressure, cholesterol, strength, level of indurance...But clearly your friend is obese, and if her age is like yours, she'll likely gain more as she ages. I don't recommend it: Liposuction is only useful for body sculpting. In other words, it is not useful for changing your overall body fat amount, only the shape the fat takes on your body. Probably: This is enough protein, and I am glad you are counting. This caloric intake won't result in spectacular weight gain or loss if you're sedentary. Need more info: You could have developed a condition called gynecomastia. It can be caused by many things including hormone imbalances and medications.
