Your hormones: are likely in flux for whatever reason, and you would need to be patient to see if things would settle down. Menstrual fluctuations are affected by many different factors, including nutrition, psychological state of mind, stress, infections/ illnesses, etc. If you continue to have these symptoms and you are late menstruating, check a pregnancy test. ...Read more

Temp is inaccurate: A drop in temperature is consistent with non-ovulation or a failure to conceive, but being late on your period and testing positive on a urine screen is the only other way to know if you're pregnant other than HCG levels ...Read more

Short luteal phase: the luteal phase is the time from ovulation to the onset of your menses and average is 12-16 days. your recent cycle was short. the ovary produced low progesterone during that cycle. there are many causes for this and if you monitor your cycle and find that there is a consistent pattern, I recommend that you consult your gynecologist. ...Read more

5 days post ovulation, been having mild cramps in uterus since ovulation. Why would this be? Also lots of ewcm.

Cramps: Could be some mittelschmerz type pain though that usually is a little more to the left or right of the uterus. It certainly could be cramping due to implantation or even just some premenstrual cramps. Also, semen has prostaglandin in it and some women will cramp from unprotected sex. ...Read more

I mild pain for 5 days (post ovulation) =trans vaginal ultra sound =ibleeding at the ruptured follicle sight. Can this prevent me from conceving?

No, do not worry: Every ovulation has bleeding! the fluid seen on tvu could be blood but it could also be just cyst fluid. Also, some women have a reasonably large amount of fluid in the pelvis even without ovulation, so the finding might not be related to ovulation. My experience is that other causes but not ovulation bleeding lead to infertility. See fertility specialist, best wishes. ...Read more

Drank 1-2 glasses of wine 3 or 4days post ovulation and 2 glasses 5 or 6 days post ovulation. Will this cause damage to the embryo?

Alcohol and embryo: If you have just ovulated and the egg is just fertilizing now, there isn't any formation of organs or brains at this time. The embryo has even implanted now. Therefore, the chance of causing any damage is exceedingly low. Still, drinking after implantation and later during pregnancy can affect the development so should be avoided. ...Read more
