Yes: if you are using standard urine pregnancy tests it is possible that they are not sensitive enough and that you are not far enough along in a pregnancy to be detected. Likely EC pills, but: You should repeat the test in about 10 days, unless you get a period by then. Use first morning urine and follow the instructions for the test carefully.
