Not really: The problem with pain meds is that people develop tolerance and need more, or depend on the medication to do all of the work. Tension requires understanding it's cause. And meditation is and excellent treatment for pain. It is ok to take pain meds when you need them. But try to see them as short term treatments. ...Read more
