Perhaps - go to L&D!

After three days past your due date (provided an early ultrasound confirmed its accuracy) the risk for the fetus to die is greater in utero than in the nursery, so you do not want to be pregnant much longer. I would recommend going to your L&D of choice and requesting evaluation with the plan of delivery! Best of luck!

Maybe!

Sometimes early labor can be associated with changes in your cervix that cause bleeding. But at this point in pregnancy any bleeding should cause you to speak to your care provider directly for advise.

No

Labor at any gestational age is always associated with regular painful contractions, there are no breast symptoms that correlate with labor - I wouldn't worry about it, but ask your doc next time you see him/her.

No

Nosebleeds do occur more often during pregnancy, so don't be alarmed, they are not a sign of labor coming! Nosebleeds commonly occur after colds, during dry weather, after blowing your nose, or for no obvious reason. Relax, sit down, gently pinch your nose and wait the 10 - 15 minutes it may take to stop.

Nosebleeds are more common during pregnancy due to increased congestion in your blood vessels. Nosebleeds can occur at any point during pregnancy and have more to do with a prior history of nosebleeds, or if you have recently been blowing your nose. They are not a sign of labor or preterm labor.

Yes

At 38 weeks with these symptoms, your wife could definitely be experiencing labor. Rupture of membranes, losing your mucus plug, or feeling regular contractions (every 2-3 minutes) are all signs of impending labor. You should be seen by your doctor to get checked. Good luck!

Possibly

These could be Braxton-Hicks contractions, a tightening of the uterine muscles for one to two minutes and are thought to be an aid to the body in its preparation for birth. At 38 weeks the duration of pregnancy itself may be an indication that labor could be soon. Good luck and have a great baby.

Contractions

As one gets closer to the due date the uterus starts contracting off and on. These are referred to as Braxton Hicks contractions. Consider this a warmup to labor.
