41 Weeks Pregnant No Signs Of Labor
I passed my due date. I'm 41 weeks pregnant and I have pain in my lower back and my ass and legs. Like cramp. Is this a sign of labor?
Perhaps - go to L&D!: After three days past your due date (provided an early ultrasound confirmed its accuracy) the risk for the fetus to die is greater in utero than in the nursery, so you do not want to be pregnant much longer. I would recommend going to your l&d of choice and requesting evaluation with the plan of delivery! Best of luck!
When your due date arrives, you will be more than ready to have your baby! Most women deliver the baby somewhere between 37 and 42 weeks. According to the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists, only 5% of babies arrive on the exact due date. Approximately 7% of babies are not delivered by 42 weeks, and when that happens, it is referred to ...Read more
I am 41 weeks pregnant and I have the worst hemerroids I've ever had, should I inform my doctor? Will this affect my labor?
No. You will: Be fine, except for additional pain it is frequent problem, your OB doctor is very experienced in handling your problem., speak to your doctor.
Yes, but talk to OB: Talk to your OB md about the baby's position and the labor plans. (induction or natural). At 41 weeks, a birthing plan is probably available via your OB md to "jump start" your process or a c/s may be contemplated.
41 weeks 4th pregnancy just lost muscus plug am I likely to labour quicker made it to hospital with 3rd with 3 hrs to spare?
Hard to know: Generally just as fast. As you are 41 weeks and it is time to deliver, I would have an assessment. All the best. Are you close to hospital?
Am 41 weeks and 4 days pregnant two days ago they carried out an induction for my labour to start bt nothing happened no dilation they told me to go back home is it dangerous to go past your due date?
At 41 weeks and 4 da: Days u should be delivered either vaginally or by c-section! And now u are 41-6 too much chance for a bad outcome if baby stays inside, and everyone has to be delivered by 42 weeks no matter what, I do not let my pts go past 40 weeks and my pts do not want to, there are advantages if u have a csection like not stretching out the vagina or tears that can damage the rectum or shoulder dystocia!See 1 more doctor answer
I am 41 weeks pregnant. Had a cervical sweep and was 1-2cm dilated. Could I go into labour soon? I am not in any pain
Labor: You are still minimally dilated, but at 41 weeks you can certainly go into labor at any time. Most times obstetricians won't let you go past 42 weeks. So you should have your baby soon. Good luck!
I'm 41 weeks pregnant on Monday and have been in 'pre-labour' for nearly two weeks. My midwife said I was 1cm dilated yesterday and she performed a membrane sweep, since then have had both yellowish (I was having a little of this pre-sweep but the volume

YOUR OB: Or midwife should have fully given u instructions about this or you should have learned all this at the prenatal classes, please call your OB if u think u are having contractions or are not sure what is going on because at 38 wks and 4 days would send u to he labor room for a labor check and I was your OB I would want u to call m with any issues about this before u ask here, please call your o.
Tmi. Change in discharge 38wks. White creamy discharge since the beginning of pregnancy. Since this morning it has been clear & oily? --sign of labor?
Early contractions: You will probably feel the baby "drop" which means it is getting lower in the pelvis, in preparation for childbirth. You probably will have intermittent contractions, known as Braxton-Hicks contractions, again in preparation for childbirth. As the time draws nearer to delivery the contractions will become stronger and more frequent.
No: labor pains are a sign of labor
38weeeks pregnant today and can't stop pooping. This has gone on for 2 days now and people say its a sign of labor? Is that true?
40w and 1dy pregnant, my back/body is trying so hard to cramp but it just doesn't happen? What is going on? Is this a sign of labor yet?
Family practice: You are overdue and being so young it must be hard. Let your dr know how you feel and follow their directions.
Could mean more: Brown discharge is usually old blood. A mucusy discharge that is mixed with a brown discharge can be the mucus plug coming out. 2 important points: first, you are under 37wks or preterm & preterm labor needs to be ruled-out. Second, if the discharge is more watery, an OB doc needs to make sure you didn't break your water, so you should call your OB and been evaluated at your hospital.
Hi I'm 8months pregnant and last night I had bad pain deahria and was throwing up is this a sign of labor?
I'm 33 weeks pregnant. My husband is away I need to know signs of labor so he could be here by the time of delivery?
Rhythmic contraction: Rhythmic contractions which are timed in decreasing intervals of less than 10 minutes. I am surprised that your treating OB MD has not addressed this topic with you already. Good luck with getting husband home in time as sometimes the baby takes the "express train".
