4000 Steps Equals How Many Miles
Is this true? I keep coming across this, "100 steps backward walking is equivalent to 1, 000 steps forward walking." But, it sounds to good to be true.
Probably folklore: The bottom line is that it does have some benefits to walk backwards. It helps burns calories, helps with balance, and reduces strain on your hips. There are some who state that you burn more calories. So overall it is beneficial to walk backwards during your routine but not sure 100 steps equals a 1000 steps

Depends: In the United States, there's no longer a specialty called general practice. It has been replaced by internal medicine and family medicine, which are both 3 year residencies. You need 4 years of college, 4 years of medical school and then the 3 year residency. Most medical schools have requirements on their websites for college courses you'll need for pre-requisites.

Good question?: Your eye care is very important. Go to the eye doctor and have an exam. They will measure your eye pressure if to high you will be prescribed special drops to keep the pressure down. If pressure is elevated but not dangerously high you will just be monitored so keep all your appointments

It's good, man: If you have a compulsion or obsession that you realistically understand is preventing you from developing as a young adult man and making friends, your physician help with rx or learning new ways to think.
