Start exercising: I assume from your question that none of the tests showed a serious problem. There are many ways to get fit (swimming, treadmill, stair-stepper/elliptical, bicycle, stationary cycle, walking, water exercise). Try to find an exercise that you can do but not bother you. I have been suffering from chest pain for 15yrs! it began when i was 18 years old. I was told its anxiety/costo. Pain is reproducible and no breathlessness, but HDL is155. My stress echo was perfect 5 years ago. Thoughts?
