You can start getting nauseous at 4 wks, w/ peak symptoms at 6wks, usually stopping by mid-2nd trimester. Natural remedies are ginger (tea/candy), vit B6. See or call your OB: You may not be pg anymore, you need a quantitative bhcg and a Progesterone level, and u may need a 2nd one to show it is either decreasing or increasing, and u may need an ultrasound, cause if u are pg want to make sure it is in the uterus and not the tube so call your OB now, as your OB is on call the weekend or has someone covering for him or her. ...Read more

You : You could very well still be pregnant. You need to see your doctor right away for serial blood tests every two to three days to determine if the pregnancy is progressing. Your doctor may even order an ultrasound in order to determine if you are pregnant and wether or not there is a heartbeat.

Very possible: If you have had a thorough exam, physical and maybe some imaging. SI joint pain and dysfunction is a clinical diagnosis.
