You could very well still be pregnant. You need to see your doctor right away for serial blood tests every two to three days to determine if the pregnancy is progressing. Your doctor may even order an ultrasound in order to determine if you are pregnant and wether or not there is a heartbeat.

Very possible: If you have had a thorough exam, physical and maybe some imaging. SI joint pain and dysfunction is a clinical diagnosis.
