Ok relative to what?: If the diarrhea is not a big volume its unlikely to hurt baby. Are things like juices or foods really to blame for the runs instead? While your child may not have a true cow milk allergy or intolerance, something in the product may not agree with him. Soy is an adequate formula for the first yr so unless u are cool with the runs, i'd go back to soy. ...Read more
