What did the OB doc : Say? Ask your doc , not the nurse, if it is your amniotic fluid it should keep coming out, also if u were my pt i would do an ultrasound to check the amniotiic fluid index afi as if it is normal that is good, if it is low then u need to be delivered, and a piece of advise I do not let any of my pts go past due date, ideal time to deliver is 39-40 wks and all my pts want it and induction is easy! ...Read more

Sexual activity in pregnant women is not necessarily contraindicated but where you are term wise and low amniotic fluid, your obstetrician may want you not to.
