Any: Any vaginal bleeding during pregnancy is abnormal and should be evaluated by your ob/gyne or midwife immediately. You should call them right away since it could be something serious such as a placental abruption which can put you and your baby at risk. The occiput posterior cephalic presentation you describe is not an indication for cesarean delivery, however prelabor cesarean by maternal request is certainly reasonable if you are only planning to have 1-2 children.
