Not worrisome: Hyperactive bowel sounds and 1 episode of diarrhea is not a cause for concern. Pregnant women, like anybody else, can sometimes have some intestinal distress. There is no way to predict exactly how long it will be until labor, although all of these signs you mention suggest it may not be long.
