NO: It's not at all normal and you should consult your Primary Care Physician and arrange for an in Person examination. I am assuming your post natal checkup was normal (with your OB)

Depends...: It all depends on how dehydrated they estimated you were. If they thought that you could go by with oral fluids only most likely they understood that the best treatment option was just that. If you persist vomiting and not tolerating even small sips of liquid might be time to go back for reevaluation. For now try very small sips of fluid and maybe dry crackers to help your stomach feel better. ...Read more
