Unpredictable: There is no way to predict exactly how long it will be until labor, although all of these signs you mention suggest it may not be long. Call your doctor if you are contracting every 5 minutes, you think that you have started leaking amniotic fluid, or if you have vaginal bleeding. Also call if you have decreased fetal movement.
