YOU should call your: Ob and do what your OB says baby cannot fall out unless you are 10 cm dilated and you have to have contractions to do that your OB may want u to go to the labor room for a check but at 36 weeks if u and baby are fine then the baby needs to stay inside , you can be induced at 39 weeks if u make it that far. ...Read more

Not thinning: You are due to deliver in about 4 weeks. This is probably not your first delivery if you cervix is open 3cm, but that's ok. Effacement is cervical thinning.
