35 Weeks Pregnant And It Hurts To Walk
No.: Uterine tetany is usually related to Oxytocin administered to augment labor after labor induction. This must be done in the hospital where they can administer Magnesium sulfate to reverse it, if needed, and monitor the well-being of the baby. Abruptio placentae and other rare metabolic conditions. There have been ruled out already, I presume. Actually walking will increase blood flow.See 1 more doctor answer
When your due date arrives, you will be more than ready to have your baby! Most women deliver the baby somewhere between 37 and 42 weeks. According to the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists, only 5% of babies arrive on the exact due date. Approximately 7% of babies are not delivered by 42 weeks, and when that happens, it is referred to ...Read more
Yes: If intercourse is bothersome you should avoid it until you deliver. Talk to your obstetrician in case there is another reason other than pregnancy why intercourse is bothersome to you.
I'm 35 weeks pregnant and im getting pain in my vaginal area what is it? Its been hurting all night long and I can't even walk bcause it hurts
Hello,: Hello, if your baby has begun to drop it can put a lot of pressure on your pelvic area. Also, pelvic joints are begining to loosen up in preparation for delivery, this may also be a cause of discomfort. If you pain is so severe that you can't walk, I do recommend that you talk with your obstetrician about this.

I'm 35 weeks pregnant and I have stomach aches that can last 20 min or so and my stomach gets really hard. It hurts bad. What is this?
Most likely contract: At 35 weeks most women have contractions throughout the day, especially with movement or exercise. For some women they are very uncomfortable and for others, not so much. Since you are seeing your doctor weekly, I would let them know the problem and they can address any other possibilities at that time.

I'm 35 weeks pregnant and I have a chronic pain in my back my obgyn gave me 5 mg of oxycodone and I been taken them here and there will it hurt my baby?
Typically No: Occasional usage of opioids typically is safe during pregnancy. There is always a risk to the baby, but usually early on in development. The big deal happens if you are continuously taking pain medications especially at higher doses. When you deliver your baby will be dependent on these opioids and could precipitate a withdrawal syndrome that might need to be monitored in the nicu.See 2 more doctor answers
I am 35 weeks pregnant and my hands get very swallen, red and fingers sometimes hurt no high blood pressure is it normal?
No: Narcotics are not generally thought to be dangerous for development, especially in the 2nd and 3rd trimesters. Babies in utero can, however, become dependent on such medications. Therefore, the shortest duration of treatment is advised--especially around the timing of delivery. Babies who are exposed to narcotics right before delivery can have (treatable) sleepiness and slow breathing.See 2 more doctor answers
Probably not: Your baby is well protected by your skin layer, uterine layer, and amniotic fluid. A bump from a door jam is unlikely to generate enough force to cause damage. However, go to l&d if you have decreased fetal movements, cramping, pain that is increasing, or any vaginal bleeding. Even though unlikely, an abruption (placental separation)is what we worry about from any trauma. Check with your OB too.See 1 more doctor answer
35 weeks pregnant, is it real contractions or braxton hicks one every few hours? Hurts so bad I have to crouch over and breath deeply till it stops
Braxton Hicks: You are probably having Braxton Hicks contractions. These contractions can sometimes be quite painful. Make sure that you stay hydrated. Labor pains usually become more frequent and stronger with time. You are considered in labor only when the pains cause your cervix to become thinner and the cervix starts dilating. Call your Doctor if yor have vaginal bleeding, or your condition worsens.
35 weeks pregnant. My knee hurts really bad, I'm not able to move my leg because of the pain and I can't put pressure on it. What can it be?
See your doctor: If swelling is associated will need to rule out a deep vein thrombosis. Late pregnancy carries a slightly higher risk and often the only presenting symptom is leg pain. The typical test is a doppler or ultrasound of the leg. If no obstruction, then can be handled as a typical strain or sprain as the ligaments in general will be getting slightly more loose in preparation for delivery.See 1 more doctor answer
