Small head: it depends on what all the other measurements are. This question is best left up to the person who is treating you for your pregnancy and his/ her consultants. Progesterone: This is a type of Progesterone injection. For people at risk of preterm delivery it is often given in a specific way. I am not familiar with any evidence suggesting a benefit of a one time dose before travel. If you are at high risk of preterm labor then you probably should not be getting on a plane. I am 34 weeks pregnant and my baby is already head down and the fundus measured 40cm is that normall?
