Stomach gets hard in 31 weeks pregnancy my age is 21?

Call the Ob-Gyn Dr.: A 31-week pregnant woman with a tummy that gets hard can call her Ob-Gyn doctor and go get examined at the doctor's office or at the hospital's labor and delivery ward. The doctor will be checking for preterm labor, which can lead to a preterm birth (and all the problems that come with premature babies). Preterm labor is serious, so it is important to be examined by an experienced physician. ...Read more

Pregnancy (Definition)

When your due date arrives, you will be more than ready to have your baby! Most women deliver the baby somewhere between 37 and 42 weeks. According to the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists, only 5% of babies arrive on the exact due date. Approximately 7% of babies are not delivered by 42 weeks, and when that happens, it is referred to ...Read more

Is lower back pain near pelvic area normal, and how will i know if burning in vagina area is already UTI w/o urinalysis in 31 weeks pregnancy?

You can't know: for sure without an exam and a urinalysis. It is important to get a diagnosis and treatment since you are pregnant. If you can't get to a clinic/lab over the weekend, you can drink lots of cranberry juice. You can also clean yourself off VERY well, go into a clean cup or jar and check for any odor. Leave it at room temp overnight, if not infected, it should still be clear and nearly odorless. ...Read more

I'm 31 weeks pregnant. And I'm having bad diarrhea. I had diarrhea for the last 4 days now twice or three times in a day can you tell me what this is?

Doubt: pregnancy related. You can get general illness like anyone else. If you have taken antibiotics recently this could be the cause. You could also just have a virus. Hydrate your self and ask your ob doctor if you can take anything to help control the diarrhea. I would avoid dairy products during the diarrhea phase. Best wishes. ...Read more

Im 31 weeks pregnant and everytime i pee i poop and its always diarrhea, all day everyday for the last couple weeks. what is wrong?

A couple of concerns: For any complaints during pregnancy, 9 out of 10 doctors are going to tell you, "Honey, you're pregnant! These things happen all the time until you deliver!" It's possible that this is hormone-related. The other real concern is that you have a viral or other infectious diarrhea causing a potentially dehydrating condition. Two weeks of straight diarrhea should probably get checked out. ...Read more
