No but: Ur growth lines r mde open as u approach skeletal skeleta maturity and r verysuceptsusceptible (can't separate the words) 2 injury as aversion @ muscle attachments & these r commen in ur age group. Body builders are hypertrophy ing mainly type 1 endurance fibers. This means you need medium weight, lots of reps and sets with progressively decreased rest.
