Pl call your Doctor: If you are 36 weeks pregnant and already 3cm dilated, this diarrhoea may cause you to get dehydrated and cause contractions. The baby is not full term , please call your doctor to see if you need to be hospitalised get hydrated with IV fluids and be checked to make sure you are not dilating more .
