It could also be food sensitivity, allergies, lactose intolerance (dairy problem) too much food, gas, blockage of some sort, malabsorption, type of food, etc. Keep a food journal and see if you can identify if a particular type of food is the problem. At that age there are many causes. Hyper acidity, stress, food intolerances, gastro esophageal reflux, bloating, to name a few. Duration, associated weight loss or loss of appetite would be concerning so would chronic diarrhea and blood in stools, vomiting and such symptoms.
